With the ID SecureNet Plus Family Legal Plan your entire household has access to a nationwide network of plan attorneys. These network of highly, qualified attorneys provide free and discounted legal services to ID SecureNet Plus members.
ID SecureNet Plus members receive free legal services, such as initial phone and face-to-face consultations for each new legal matter, preparation of a free Simple Will for you and your family, assistance in members representing themselves in Small Claims Court, and much more.
Members also receive deep discounts on eight of the most highly utilized legal services including: Traffic Ticket Defense, Name Changes, Chapter 7 Bankruptcy, Simple Divorces, Regular Incorporations and more.
Additionally, any other legal services that are not provided free or deeply discounted are offered by our plan attorneys at a guaranteed low hourly rate of $125 per hour or a 40% discount, with any contingency fees being discounted by 10% from the network attorneys usual and customary fees.
The entire household has access to a nationwide network of plan attorneys that have contracted with Legal Club of America to provide free and discounted legal services to ID SecureNet Plus members.
