  3. What are the components of Identity Theft Restoration?
    Upon your reporting of a suspected identity theft incident, paralegals will consult with you to determine the severity of the incident, prepare and forward to you a pre-completed "ID recovery kit", contact for you all three credit reporting agencies/obtain a free credit report, place fraud reports on your credit records, notify appropriate banks or agencies if identification or credit cards are stolen or missing, and notify appropriate authorities.

  4. Does ID Theft Restoration include credit cards?
    Yes, paralegals will, with your help, determine the severity of the reported event and contact each credit card company while you are on the phone, cancel and request replacement cards, assist you with interpreting your credit reports, and provide daily monitoring from all three credit agencies for six months to help prevent any further fraud.

  5. What is identity Monitoring?
    This is a proactive alert system that precedes identity theft and is critical to mitigating the extensive and expensive damage perpetrated after an identity is stolen and manipulated. The individual 's identity will be monitored thought sources such as utilities, public records, DMV's, credit bureau date, etc.

  6. What is identity Theft Insurance?
    It is insurance that pays you up to $25,000.00 to help offset some of the costs of restoring your identity to its original status.

  7. What are the covered items and benefits under the identity theft policy?
    The insurance covers lost wages up to $500.00 per week for 4 weeks maximum, defense costs for certain civil and criminal law suits, reimbursement of certain fees and necessary costs such as re-filing applications for loans or credit instruments, notarizations, telephone calls, postage and up to six credit reports, within a 12 month period, after the discovery of identity theft.

  4. What is included in the Child ID kit?
    Each Child Identification kit is comprised of an inkless fingerprinting card, a DNA cheek swab and collection envelope, and a parents' laminated wallet-sized ID card.

  5. Is it necessary to register my child with any agency?
    No. The Child ID kit allows parents to collect specific information by easily recording the physical characteristics and fingerprints of their children on identification cards that are then kept at home by the parent or guardian. If ever needed, this ID Kit will give authorities vital information to assist their efforts to locate a missing child.

  8. What do I do once I receive the Child ID kit?
    The entire fingerprinting process lasts approximately five minutes. The I.D. Kit includes a section for a current photograph, as well as space for recording descriptions and measurements. Fingerprints are produced using a clear inkless solution, developed by Inkless Image, that leaves no messy black ink or residue on fingers or clothes. Then store your child's information securely in the privacy of your own home.

  1. What is my ID SecureNet Plus Family Legal Plan?
    A nationwide plan of attorneys that have contracted to provide free and discounted legal services. Upon contact you will be referred to a plan attorney based on language, area of law, and location.

    The entire family, including Spouse/domestic partner, children to age 25 and family members living with the member.

  3. What legal services are provided free?
    There are nine (9) legal services available at no charge. These are initial phone consultation, face-to-face consultation for each new matter, review of legal documents, preparation of a simple will, web based free living will, representation in small claims court, problem solving with government programs, writing letters on your behalf, and making phone calls on your behalf.

    The eight deeply discounted services include traffic ticket defense, name change, chapter 7 bankruptcy, non-support (spouse/child), simple divorce, regular incorporation, and personal real estate closings.

    You can expect to save anywhere from $100.00 to $700.00 according to the type of service.

  7. What are "guaranteed" low hourly rates?
    After free consultation, letters, and calls have taken place, you and your attorney may decide that your only choice is litigation. If this happens, your plan attorney will either charge $125.00 per hour, or when appropriate, give members a 40% discount off of their usual and customer hourly rate.

  8. Do some of the attorneys require retainers?
    In extended legal action, plan attorneys may ask you for a retainer. This is calculated by the hours estimated for the case multiplied by the hourly rate. Any unused portion of the retainer will be returned to the member.

  9. Are there ever any "contingency" fees?
    Yes, contingency fees charged must be 10% lower than the state maximum rate or 10% of the attorney's usual rate, whichever is lower.

    No. In addition to the free and discounted services available, a significant value is the time and effort spent with each member on the phone to make sure t directed to the proper attorney to fit the needs of the issue(s). Making the attorney list public would adversely affect the member experience and create multiples of unwanted busy work at the attorney level.

    Your ID SecureNet Plus Membership provides roadside assistance on up to 4 vehicles that are owned by the member. Eligible vehicles include; cars, trucks, vans and SUV's up to a one ton carrying capacity (2,000lbs.).

  1. What is my ID SecureNet Plus Financial Services?
    Almost 80% of all credit reports contain inaccuracies that negatively affect credit ratings for car loans, home financing, insurance premiums, and credit card APRs. Through ID SecureNet Plus' Financial Services, members can get up to six months of Credit Repair services and a credit bureau report with credit score for a substantially reduced cost. Members are able to track their progress and get scheduled updates when inaccuracies are corrected on their credit bureau reports.

  2. What Debts Are Covered under ID SecureNet Plus' Debt Relief program?
    Personal, family, and household debts are covered. This includes money owed for the purchase of an automobile, for medical care, or for charge accounts.

  3. Can I Stop A Debt Collector From Contacting Me?
    You can stop a debt collector from contacting you by writing a letter to the collector telling them to stop. Once the collector receives your letter, they may not contact you again except to say there will be no further contact or to notify you that the debt collector or the creditor intends to take some specific action. Please note, however, that sending such a letter to a collector does not make the debt go away if you actually owe it. You could still be sued by the debt collector or your original creditor.   4. How does Credit Repair work?
    ID SecureNet Plus' secure online system, powered by RCS Solutions, LLC, will charge your credit or debit card the approporate service fee and access your current credit profile. You may then review the items on your credit report to determine the accuracy of each piece of information. After reviewing and submitting your information, RCS Solutions, LLC will begin disputing the errors and inaccuracies on your credit report on your behalf.
